My biggest problem is when I finish early shift, I feel so drowsy in the afternoon, from 16:30-19:30. I am thinking if it's because I am not a good sleeper. I have this permanent black circle under my eyes. I'd go to bed and have a nap from 1600 to 1900 and it usually fuck up my sleep at night. I either can't fall asleep until late or wake up early between 0100-0300am. Therefore, I wonder if stopping drinking coffee can help with sleep? Today is my day 4 without coffee, I feel everything sucks. I had headache at lunch time at work. The first day I quit, I ate three chocolates and I figured out that chocolates are caffeinated so I should not eat them either. After that, I just drink water or probiotic, mostly plain water. I used to drink three cups of coffee and sometimes coke zero. They are all off table now. I don't even drink tea. It's 2100hr, I'm so drowsy. I have been drowsy all night. I can only study two video clips in chemistry which are under 10min eac
